Im very contented with my work right now, my work for a year and a few days are actually paying off, and i really thank God for this opportunity wherein he let me be a part of a workshop that most managers have been through,

these are the only pictures that i have, since we really cannot bring phones inside the operations floor.

it all started because of this Operation Manager that placed his trust on me, ever since i started in APAC Customer Services, he was the one who paved the way, even if i will not pass for a “Training Assistant”, like being groomed to handle learners (new hires). Honestly, i really dont know which path to take, Training and Quality path, or the Operations path, where i can be a Senior Representative with a raise in my salary. i hope i wont let myself and OM Eman down. if i am for training, then i am. if im not, i am just plainly for the Operations where money is. :)

the so called TTW was led by our Training and Quality Manager, JSap. JSap was an awesome Manager, very intimidating at first. but when you get to know him, he can be a great manager and a great friend outside of work place.

TA or SR, i will not lose. i even won the knowledge that they parted with me.

if ever i will be accepted as a TA or promoted as Senior Rep, i would really dedicate it to the persons i broke my promises with, especially my HS friends. to God. I know you already have a plan for me. and i know this is one sign as well.

And since i was very lucky to be one of the 15 reps chosen amongst 300 agents on the floor, i was so excited to update my resume. heheeeee.
